These general conditions govern the use of the services of the Internet portal www.pilarolona.com (hereinafter, “the portal”).

All recordings and voice-over work carried out by the owner are protected under the applicable intellectual and industrial property legislation.

The client acknowledges and agrees that the contracted recordings may only be used for the purposes expressly agreed upon in the corresponding quotation or contract.

Without the prior written authorization of the owner, it is strictly prohibited to:

• Use, in whole or in part, the recordings for purposes other than those agreed.
• Employ the recordings for the creation, training, or exploitation of synthetic voices or artificial voice models (AI), whether now or in the future, on any platform or device, known or yet to be developed.
• Transfer, distribute, or sell the recordings to third parties without the express consent of the owner.

Any unauthorized use shall constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may give rise to the corresponding legal actions, as well as to claims for damages and compensation as appropriate.
