These general conditions govern the use of the services of the Internet portal www.pilarolona.com (hereinafter, “the portal”).
Through the portal, users are provided with access to and use of various services and content made available to the public.
The owner reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the portal, as well as the right to modify or remove certain services and features.
The portal is completely free for users. However, the use of certain services may require prior subscription.
The user undertakes to use the portal correctly and in accordance with the law. The user shall be liable for any damages of any nature that the portal may suffer as a result of a breach of these conditions or through improper use of the services or content.

All recordings and voice-over work carried out by the owner are protected under the applicable intellectual and industrial property legislation.
The client acknowledges and agrees that the contracted recordings may only be used for the purposes expressly agreed upon in the corresponding quotation or contract.
Without the prior written authorization of the owner, it is strictly prohibited to:
- Use, in whole or in part, the recordings for purposes other than those agreed.
- Employ the recordings for the creation, training, or exploitation of synthetic voices or artificial voice models (AI), whether now or in the future, on any platform or device, known or yet to be developed.
- Transfer, distribute, or sell the recordings to third parties without the express consent of the owner.
Any unauthorized use shall constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may give rise to the corresponding legal actions, as well as to claims for damages and compensation as appropriate.
